The Tri County Septic Company provides excellent service and are great people to work with. A few years ago we had a breakage in the output line. They responded immediately to our call and within hours it was repaired. Recently our septic tank alarm went off. Again we called and received same day service and repair. They had to replace the pump, which entailed going a distance to find the proper unit for our system. In addition, they took the time to check out our complete system to make sure everything was functioning properly. The crew spent some time to complete all of this work. We feel that the labor charges were very reasonable. We highly recommend this company and will continue to use their services in the years to come.

We’ve been customer’s of Tri County Septic for the last 3 years. Their service as well as their work has been excellent. They always respond quickly to calls and are prompt in making repairs or maintenance if needed. They go above and beyond to get us a good price and are friendly and very nice to deal with. The first time they did routine maintenance, Curtis took the time to show us where everything was and what he was doing. He also explained what not to put down the drain and other helpful hints in caring for the system. The people in the office are great as well. We have a very touchy Whitewater system and it needs lots of TLC. Thanks to Tricounty Septic they keep us functioning.

I would like to write a letter thanking you for the service that we received recently. We bought this home just over one year ago and the basic services were done at that time. I had never lived where we used a septic system before and I was curious as to what type of regular maintenance needed to be run for a healthy system. I called and received excellent customer service on the phone when I spoke with Janice. She explained some of the minor details and set up an appointment for the maintenance person to come out to the house. I noticed that anyone who I ever dealt with by telephone to the office had the same mannerism. Kyle was the tech that came out to the house. By the time he left, I had received my semiannual maintenance. More importantly, he had taught me what each individual lid and tank was and how they operated. I am grateful for Tri County and the service that they provided for us. I would recommend Tri County to anyone in need of Septic installation and service

I want to thank Tri County Monitoring & Septic Services, LLC for their great customer service. I have been in my home for 6 years and had no idea what maintenance needs my septic system had, I have been told many different things over the years on how to care for my system. Thanks to Tri County’s diligent customer service they continued to call & remind me that my septic system needed to be inspected and why. I scheduled an appointment for an inspection, they actually were able to come out within days. After a thorough inspection and a revisit on my walk through, they informed me of the problems that had risen and preventative maintenance that can be done to prevent issues in the future. Once the issues were identified, they were able to complete the work in an expedient manner. I was not only impressed with the work I was also impressed with the willingness to explain in detail everything they were doing. They saved me a huge amount of money finding and fixing the problem before it cause more damage. I felt completely satisfied with their work and without hesitation I would recommend Tri County Monitoring & Septic Services, LLC.

For those of you that are trying to determine what Septic company to use I am going to tell you my short story of why I will Never go anywhere else except Tri County. For those of you that are familiar with the different types of septic designs you will understand why my case is unique. I have a Glendon, Whitewater Septic Design. I have three tanks, and each tank has it’s very own alarm system.. So my story goes like this, my alarm is going off, I need my septic looked at, I call the folks that installed it and they let me know that they need to find me someone down in my area to keep up on the maintenance as it is one of the requirements with the county so off we go trying to find someone who is “Certified” to work on Glendon’s because if you have someone that is not then your maintenance is not Valid. I contacted Tri County, and it was such a Relief, they have been taking care of me for the last 30 days like I have been with them for the last 30 yrs. I have a personal relationship with Joan in the office who helps me out with all my billing questions/septic concerns/ and she gets it. The team came out and had to replace the Photo Sensor and explained I needed to have at least one tank pumped, and the other should be done. They explained I could wait on the second one, but it would need to be done soon. Gave them the OK to pump both tanks, they had ordered a charcoal filter, when it arrived they came and installed and left me an extra one. Just the other day, 12-30-2011 another alarm went off, and within 20 minutes they were knocking on my door, and needed to replace the Ultra Violet Light ( which is only good for about 2 yrs, ) and again, explained it is working, but it is going out which causes the alarm to go off, and again, I gave them the OK to replace. It was / is such a relief to know I can call them and they will come and take care of me. I don’t know about all of you out there in the world there are a few things I don’t really care to learn about or become an expert on and would prefer to leave that to those that know/understand how septic systems operate. I will be on a 6mth maintenance with Tri County and I know Joan will call me and tell me it is time for a visit. One less thing I need to worry about. I would like to Thank the entire Tri County Team for taking care of me and my septic.
